Kathryn (“Katy”) Gabel is an experienced trial litigator with a diverse legal practice. She represents individuals and companies in various civil matters including construction and lien litigation, contract disputes, real estate, collections, Seller’s Disclosure Law, probate matters, landlord/tenant, business and more. She also represents individuals in real estate transactions and prepares Estate Plans.
Katy teaches the residential builder legal education course for Home Builder’s Association of Lansing as required by the State of Michigan licensing department. She is also a member of the Ingham County Bar Association, board of her HOA, and the Lansing Homebuilders’ Association.
In her spare time, Katy enjoys spending time with her husband and two children who keep her quite busy.
